Another Day, Another Earth

I met up with Whitney at Denver Park, and special guest Jamie Craig was there.

He's been stacking clips lately...

I got hungry, so we cruised to Vitamin Cottage and I got my lunch on.  Delicious vegan fettucini and a kombucha.

Zach and Kehoe were there too.

Then we cruised to River Spot.  Segways!

Until he messed up and his board went in the water.  Bummer wave!

After that I picked Mason up to get ice cream and see a movie.  Sounds like a date!

Another Earth was awesome.  Here's the trailer. It's quite good, and really makes you think.  I recommend it, although Mason and I had different opinions about the ending (I liked it, he didn't).

After the movie, I went over to Patrick's house.

He cut my hair.

Sam and I skated to the store and lunch.

After that we got some ice cream!

Later in the day I made peanut butter and banana quesadillas.

Library Acquisition

I got off work and went to school to acquire some books that the English department had gathered for me.  3 boxes of books and office supplies.  So much stuff!

After that I picked Mason up.  We cruised to Twist and Shout so that I could purchase my Lil Wayne ticket.

Then onto Joey's new apartment.

Quite spacious.

Then ice cream, of course.

Ran into these hooligans at the ice cream parlor.

And then I went home to admire all my new books.  7 of them are for my fall classes, the rest are to be read sometime in the future.  Most of the books are about; film history and criticism, Greek classics, American transcendentalism, literary essay composition, poetry, or just plain novels.  If you're looking for something to borrow, let me know!

I went to trade in some shoes at 303 and ran into these hooligans.  Everyone was pretty bummed that Derek and Aaron were leaving.  Best of luck in California guys!

I had to get some bulbs for the lights.  Pretty expensive!
